- RESTRICTIONS FOR SECTION A, B, and C-1 SAYS: 8. Subject to paragraph 10 hereof, no animals or birds, other than household pets, shall be kept on any lot.
- RESTRICTIONS FOR SECTION C-2 SAYS: 8. Subject to paragraph 10 hereof, no animals or birds, other than household pets, shall be kept on any lot. All dogs must be kept within a fenced area on a lot or contiguous lots or on a leash.
- Paragraph 10 mentioned above has to do with easements and water possibly contaminated with animal refuse drainage near wells.
- BY-LAWS, ARTICLE VII SAYS: Sec. 9. ANIMAL CONTROL. No animal or birds, other than household pets, shall be kept on any lot. Owners shall be responsible to see that pets are confined to the owners property, and under control of the owner, family member, renter, guest or visitor at all times, and be immunized in accordance with local and/or state laws. The pet(s) shall also wear a proper tag, giving the owner’s name and telephone number. Any animal found in violation of the above may be considered a “stray”, and subject to be turned over to any proper county animal control personnel.
THE BOAT RAMP PROPERTY NEEDS TO BE FIXED...AGAIN!
IF YOU HAVE BEEN TO THE BOAT RAMP PROPERTY YOU WILL SEE THAT THE FISHING DECK THAT WE PAID A LOT OF MONEY TO REPAIR IS EVEN WORSE THAN IT WAS JUST TWO YEARS AGO. At the February Board meeting they spoke about the cost of repairs. The cheapest estimate was $60,000! Let them know that we do not want to spend any more money on the boat ramp property! If we do repair it then we will have spent more money on it than it is worth and who knows how much more we would have to spend on it in the future to repair it yet again! I say enough is enough! I mentioned at the Board meeting that we should sell it. I say let's sell it! Please do not be silent on this matter, let them know that you want to sell it!

Discharging a firearm is allowed in Comanche Cove; however, you must be aware that you are responsible for what you hit with a bullet. My advice is do not fire a weapon without making absolutely certain that your target will stop that bullet or there is a background that is capable of stopping the bullet. Ask yourself, "if I miss my target where will the bullet go?" Please act very responsibly! |
